Marketing, design & event promotion
Project Overview:
At Catersource, I managed a very small team that helped pull off an annual conference for caterers and event planners. I was responsible for guiding and creating all promotions, marketing, graphic design, social media, website content and email campaigns that were used to drive registration to the event in Las Vegas. I managed the brand consistency, message strategy, budgets and goals, as well as a heavy production workload to create the work you see here.
My team also helped manage planning and logistics of on-site schedules, trade show floor, contest, parties, lunch events and evening activities for more than 3,000 attendees and 900 exhibitors.
The 2013 conference won awards for Best Show Promotion Website and Best Signage or Decoration from the International Association of Events and Exhibits for shows of our size (50,000-150,000nsf
I also managed onsite staff as well as photo and video teams to cover the entire event.
I spent eight years with Catersource and grew attendance from 1,400 in 2008 to more than 10,000 in 2013.
